A tremendous blow to BJP, this veteran leader left the party: Kalinga Express

The foundation of BJP is somewhat weak. In fact, giving a big blow to BJP, which is preparing for the "Bijepur" by-election in Odisha, the party's "Bargarh" district president Narayan Sahu has resigned from the party and join the ruling BJD on December 3.

State BJP said that the District President has been expelled from the party due to anti-BJP activities and has nominated Arupandand Sahu in his place and his departure will not affect the by-election. Narayan met the President of Biju Janata Dal Shri Naveen Patnaik yesterday morning after which he announced his decision.

He told reporters that BJP is a party which lacks ideology. From 1997 to 2017, selfless devotion towards my party has no value. So I have decided to join the BJD. Narayan said that he has been the first part of BJD and joining again in this party is a way of returning home for them.
