The decisions have been taken in all three cases related to one of the biggest scandals in the country, of the 2G spectrum scam. After hearing for nearly seven years, OP Saini acquitted all the accused, including Raja Kanimozhi, in all three cases in the special CBI court in Patiala House Court. -  In the report of CAG, a scam of Rs.1,76,000 crore was reported. The CBI's charge sheet contained a loss of 30 thousand crores.

- The CBI said that they will challenge the decision in the High Court.
